Deerfield Dermatology has contracts with many (but not all) insurance plans. It is your responsibility as the patient to verify that we participate in your individual plan. If we do have a contract with your plan, we will submit a claim for your non-cosmetic medical services to your insurance company. You will be responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services. Deerfield Dermatology makes no guarantee that any specific service will be covered by your individual plan. In addition, Deerfield Dermatology has no knowledge of what individual responsibility your insurance company will assign to you. If you have chosen an insurance plan with a high deductible, you may have a high out-of-pocketexpense for your medical care.
